Amazon and eBay sales are automatically and loaded stock is reserved, but sales may be amended at this time. Packages will be expanded to show all the component parts and any promotional items added (eg free memory stick).

Depending upon a ‘cuttoff ‘ time the items will automatically be marked for despatch on the same or following day. Orders received after say, 1 pm will be set for shipment the following day. The Amazon/eBay order ID is stored for later automated notification of shipment.

In the carrier column you can see if the order has been allocated to a particular carrier/manifest. You can open a manifest for each carrier at the start of a day and add items to any manifest at any time. Picking lists and optional despatch labels can be produced on demand which will print only the new items added. This allows picking to carry on continuously throughout the day.
Consignment/tracking references are added onto each despatch item and this can sometimes be automated by linking to the carrier software.

Once a manifest is complete it can be updated in one hit which will carry out the following :-

1. Update Amazon/eBay with shipping references
2. Update the stock levels
3. Invoice off each complete sale
4. Send a confirmation email to the customer with a copy of the invoice and the tracking reference etc.

The SOP screen handles sales from multiple sources including eBay and you own website(s).


Create a new manifest or select any manifest from the list and you may
  • 1. Add new deliveries to this manifest
  • 2. Move from this manifest to another
  • 3. Print a picking list (which will optionally pre-allocate stock numbers)
  • 4. Print customer delivery labels with the picking list
  • 5. Re Print single customer delivery labels
  • 6. Print a manifest and optionally send details to carrier software.
  • 7. Print delivery notes
  • 8. Edit the number of boxes for the shipment
  • 9. Enter a tracking reference manually if no link is set to the carrier software. If a link is set then the tracking references will be set automatically.

When a manifest is shipped, tick the relevant lines (or tick ALL).

Click ‘Completed’ and the system will

1. Update Amazon/eBay with shipping references
2. Update the stock levels
3. Invoice off each complete sale
4. Send a confirmation email to the customer with a copy of the invoice and the tracking reference etc.

Its simple with Amazon and eBay so long as you supply
1. Amazon price
2. Ean code (for eBay/Amazon)
3. Or Amazon ASIN number
