Here at Reference Point we're dedicated to making your business easier to run, that's why the rental and maintenance
module, in keeping with Reference Point software, is fast and simple to use. New accounts can be entered with minimum effort and this operation can be carried out at point of sale, if required.

Features
- The printing of rental cards at point of sale is extremely simple and
has the benefit of keeping the customer informed of all details of their
account
- The system has a built in letter writing feature, which enables the retailer
to send reminder or arrears letters with ease. These can be combined to
form many different letter schemes which can then be applied to differing
groups of customers e.g. cash payers, standing orders, commercial etc.
as appropriate
- Stock allocated to the rental base becomes a fixed asset and all depreciation
is calculated on a user-defined basis from this point
- A full service history is maintained for rental items and the charge for service to rentals is logged as a cost against the rental income, thus providing a true reflection of the
profitability of the rental base
- The module also benefits from an extensive reports package, including a user-defined report generator, for all your analysis needs
