Due to the fully integrated nature of the Reference Point system, accounts can be opened instantly from Point of Sale. All the required information, including customer details, model numbers, serial numbers and price is stored automatically in the new account along with any extended guarantees etc. |

- Any customer of your choice may be given a revolving credit account with a specified credit limit
- Whenever a credit customer is accessed at Point of Sale the relevant account number and current credit status is displayed, giving details such as how much the customer has available to spend and allowing full or part payment to be allocated to the account
- Flexible monthly interest schemes can be utilized offering various rates and payment options. There is even an option to pay your customers some interest on credit balances
- Monthly statements are printed showing all purchases, payment and interest charges, along with details of the next payment required
- The arrears system will let you know if that payment doesn't arrive
- Should your Hire Purchase customer wish to settle early, a settlement figure can be displayed at the touch of a button
