Here at Reference Point we appreciate that you want to spend as much time running your business and as little time mastering a computer system as possible. We understand that an engineer earns money for his company by servicing products and NOT by operating the computer. That's why the Service module, as all Reference Point software, is fast and easy to use, working with the minimum user input and yet providing maximum information to both the engineer and management. So your engineers don't have to be chained to the computer.

- Service calls can be taken for internal rentals, shop sales or external service jobs
- The system has comprehensive job tracking and cost analysis routines built in
- Service stock is integrated into the main stock system, offering you the same control over service stock as you have over retail stock
- The sales value and all associated costs of service (including labour if required) are linked into the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers to give an accurate profit and loss statement for the Service Department at every month end
