Will RP2 work for my retail business?

It certainly will, it will happily work in any retail business.

How much does it cost?

It costs about the same amount is a piece of string, just depends how long that string is. Hosted systems can start from as low as £50/month. The size of your business, amount of modules you want, level of web integration etc. all effect costs. The best thing to do is get in touch and we'll do a proper quote for you.

I already have a computer system, can you transfer the data?

Yep. We've converted data from numerous major competitors. It's a pretty tricky task to convert data accurately but we're experts at it.

I'm worried about leaving you in charge of all my data, can I have my own server?

You can but we'd rather you were hosted as it makes it easier for us to look after your system. We have servers in multiple data centres in the UK and back everything up between them so there should be no issue. We also realise that the data is yours and will happily give you a copy of the databases if you ever want them.

What hardware do I need?

A PC of some sort, a receipt printer and (probably) a till drawer is the minimum. You may want an A4 printer, label printer, barcode scanner and other hardware too. We can quote you on any of this or will utilise any of your existing equipment where possible.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We actively monitor our servers, if yours falls over we will quickly move you to a new one. Our offices are open for support from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Calls outside these times go through to a 3rd party call centre who pass the info on to us.
